The dispatcher portal, driver application, and passenger application are authenticated tools used to arrange, dispatch, and document transportation. Location data collected by the driver application is not a cookie and is governed by the Driver Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, not by this Policy.
4. YOUR CHOICES
