Which brokers send trips into Pulse?
MAS, Sentry, ModivCare and MTM send trips by integration. CTG is coming soon. When a passenger replies Not Going, the trip cancels and the broker is told.
How is Pulse priced?
Per completed trip, billed monthly. No setup fee. No monthly minimum. A cancelled trip costs nothing.
Can my drivers keep working for other companies?
Yes. One driver account covers every company a driver works for. While he runs your trip he works for you, and companies never see each other’s work.
Can we submit Medicaid claims from Pulse?
Yes. Medicaid work goes to eMedNY from the same system you dispatch in. Broker work goes through the broker. The TLC trip record file exports ready to submit.
Is passenger information protected?
A Business Associate Agreement is signed at onboarding, before your account is created. Each role sees only what it needs.
How fast can we start?
We create your account the same day you sign. You add your contracts, drivers and vehicles, and your first day live is run in person at your base.
